Privacy Policy
Tuk-Tuk Night Market ("the game") is published by Simply Yours LLP ("we"). Last updated: 20 October 2026.
The short version
There is no account and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contact list, photos or location. The game saves your progress on your own device. To keep the game free we show ads, to improve it we collect anonymous usage and crash data, and to process purchases we use a purchase service. Details below.
What the game does with data
| Service (a software kit inside the game) | What it is for | Data it may collect |
|---|---|---|
| Google Firebase Analytics | Understanding how the game is played (for example which levels are too hard) so we can improve it. | Events such as level started, level won or failed, ad shown, purchase made; device model, operating system, app version, country (approximate), and an app-instance identifier. Not linked to your name or contact details. |
| Google Firebase Crashlytics | Finding and fixing crashes. | Crash reports: device model, operating system, app version, what the game was doing when it crashed. |
| Google AdMob (with Google's consent form, UMP) | Showing ads, including optional ads you choose to watch for a reward. | Advertising identifier (if you allow it), IP address, device and ad interaction data. In regions that require it, you are asked for consent first. On iPhone you are asked by Apple's tracking prompt (after level 20) before the advertising ID is used for personalised ads. You can say no and still play everything. |
| RevenueCat | Processing and restoring in-app purchases. | An anonymous purchaser ID and your purchase history for this game. Payment details are handled only by Apple or Google, never by us. |
| Saved progress | Remembering your level, coins and settings. | Stored on your device only. |
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not build profiles that identify you. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; the game is meant for teens and adults, "families and commuters", and is not directed to children under 13.
Your choices
You can turn off ad personalisation in your phone settings (iPhone: Settings, Privacy and Security, Tracking; Android: Settings, Google, Ads) and reset or delete your advertising ID. You can decline the tracking prompt on iPhone. You can delete the game at any time, which removes the saved progress from your device. To ask us about data tied to your device or app-instance ID, email support@simplyyours.co.
Where data goes and how long it is kept
The services above are run by Google and RevenueCat and may process data in other countries, protected by their own security and legal terms. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days. Purchase records are kept as long as the store and tax rules require.
Changes
If we add or change a service that collects data, we update this page and the date above.
